Protection of Students with Life-threatening Allergies Act

This Act requires school boards to establish and maintain an anaphylaxis policy for their school involving mandatory training on dealing with life-threatening allergies for all staff and strategies to reduce exposure to potential allergens. It also mandates the creation of individual anaphylaxis plans for students, and requires that all schools have at least one epi-pen on hand at all times.
